It’s a way of an expression for me, making the person in the chair comfortable and giving them the service that they come to expect from a salon like Capelli. It’s my passion and my life. Evolving in this profession is what makes it so exciting and at Capelli we strive to achieve the best. That’s why I work with some of the best in the industry. It’s my privilege to work with and next to, such talented people. I am blessed to call Capelli my home.

Hi, my name is Amanda. I am a senior stylist who has been in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years. I’m originally from England but did my training and Qualified in South Africa. I have been a successful stylist working and owning my own salons in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. I joined the Capelli family in 2015 and what a happy and fulfilling experience it has been. I’m a fun loving, caring stylist who thrives on creating styles and colors to compliment my clients. I provide a full salon service with my strengths being colour and keeping up with current techniques and trends. Joico is my choice of product from my working stock to the retail. Stylish waved Lobs ( long Bobs) are my preferred creations at the moment and Peach, Rose Gold blondes are my seasonal colours.

Charlotte has been in the hair industry since mid 90’s. The days where hair was big and colour became a statement of your personality.Since she was a little girl, Hair has always been her passion. Her mom refused to buy her any more Barbie dolls as Charlotte would only play with them while they still had hair. As she would cut and col them with anything she could get her idle hands on.
Charlotte took a sabbatical from the floor for 3 years and became a Goldwell Colour Technician. Where she trained salons throughout the Western Cape.
But the love of client/stylist called her back. And she is loving every minute of putting the artist back to work. Charlotte is a specialist in anything Colour. From dramatic to everyday colour touch ups. Make overs are her true calling.

I did my apprenticeship in 1991 with Dave & Johan in Jhb. Moved to Harringon’s in London where I learned wig making and trained to do fashion shoots. I was a finalised and runner up in the Loreal Colour Trophy 2001. I have passion for colour & cutting with an outgoing personality and love dealing with people.

As a hairstylist at Capelli Hair & Beauty Gerdia brings over 15 years of experience to her work. She combines her natural artistic talent with her natural understanding of peoples needs to deliver a warm yet professional experience that her clients thoroughly enjoy.
Gerdia has been working at Capelli for 3 years now and considers it a privilege to work with such a talented and passionate team.
